I was recently commissioned to do a bespoke fabric for Zizzi restaurant in Durham based on the local area and the famous cathedral. It was great fun and I also was lucky enough to get to visit the beautiful city too. They also commissioned a range of stone tables, using a new process I have been working with, which etches images onto the surface of stones such as granite and quartz through sandblasting. Anyway...I hope you like....

I DO like! Lovely work Sarah. I found you via the Slow Textiles blog... And what a find!
Love your work it's so inspiring! Wish I had been to loughboro uni - I did a textiles degree at Huddersfield over 10 years ago and was disappointed with the course. I have got the 'bug' back again! and am trying to make an effort to learn photoshop and make another attempt to use my skills.
